Terms of Payment
Cash, cards, cheque and bank transfer are all accepted. All invoices are sent via email and can be settled on the day of visit, or for bacs payments within 7 days. Paper invoices can be requested at any time and sent via post.
All parts fitted to an domestic appliance will be covered by a 12 month guarantee unless stated or advised otherwise. Should a fault arise that you may believe is under warranty we will assess this and advise accordingly. Similar effects can and codes are not always related to the same fault, and these will need to be inspected and diagnosed. All repairs that have failed under warranty are fixed free of charge. Any unrelated faults that have developed are charged as normal.
Service Visit Fee
Our service visit fee is fixed at £54+vat per appliance regardless of time. This fee covers the call out and labour involved diagnosing and/or repairing an appliance including any further visits if required. Any additional parts are to be applied to this fee. This fee is fixed and is applied to all visits and repairs regardless of time taken, with the exception of washing machine drum bearings or drum replacements. These are major repairs and will be quoted separately.
